CoWork Pop Up Atlanta

BGB has finally made it to the East Coast y’all!

On October 13, 2018 we’re having our first Atlanta event at digitalundivided in downtown Atlanta. Digitalundivided is an amazing nonprofit founded by Kathryn Finney.

They provide training, networking, and access to funding to Black and Latinx women founders with big ideas and high growth companies. It’s an amazing organization that has already been an invaluable asset to me as a new Atlanta resident. You should definitely check them out because they do some amazing things.

I’m so grateful that they are allowing us to use their space and so I was very thoughtful when coming up with my event idea.

A CoWorking PopUp is just what it sounds like.

I decided to create a day of coworking for many reasons but the main reason is that there are only so many empowerment brunches and conferences you can go to before it’s time to do the work!

We’re going to spend the day brainstorming, creating, and executing your content and business ideas while enjoying the beautiful views from the 16th floor of the Hurt building in downtown Atlanta and we’re going to have fun while we do it.

We’ll have cameras on site but it’s best if you bring your own so that you can learn to work with what you’ve got.

Join Us If You…

Need photos for social media but can’t (or won’t) take them for yourself.

Want to take your brand or business to the next level but aren’t sure what to do first.

Want to meet creatives IRL but have no idea how to meet your peers.

Want to talk to people and have a good time (tbh).

What You’ll Should Bring…

A camera (your phone is fine)

A laptop

Your winning personality

A cute outfit (or two)

Makeup, hair, or anything else you need to make your photos are perfect.

If you’re curious about photoshop, WordPress, or video editing we’ve got you covered.

You’ll will also have access to wifi, coffee, snacks, and lunch.

This isn’t about coming to an event and having all the hard work of photography, editing, and writing done for you with fancy equipment.

This is a day for you to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to walk away from this coworking session knowing how to create content later on your own.
